At Mammotion US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
